Our Fourth Site and Growing CNC Fleet

Through our ongoing growth strategy into our fourth manufacturing site, we’ve further strengthened our position as a leading UK manufacturer of precision fasteners and fixings.

Our ongoing investment in advanced CNC machining, expanded production capacity, and the consistent delivery of high‑quality, precision‑engineered components continues to support customers across the UK and internationally.

Growing Our Manufacturing Capability

Our asset register continues to grow at pace, and the factory floor at our newest site is already filling up quickly with state-of-the-art machinery. Among the most notable recent additions are our new Citizen M16 sliding head CNC lathe, capable of producing precision turned parts from 3mm up to 16mm, and an additional Star SR-32J, extending our capability to machine components from 3mm up to 32mm.

These acquisitions represent a substantial investment in flexible, high-precision manufacturing, allowing us to serve an even broader range of specifications across bespoke fasteners, custom turned parts, and precision engineered components.

With these latest additions, our CNC fleet has now grown to a total of 12 machines, with further investment planned as our facilities continue to expand. Across our three manufacturing sites, our total machine count now stands at an impressive 56 machines, a figure that speaks to the scale and depth of our in-house manufacturing capability.

Meanwhile, our distribution site remains as busy as ever, ensuring that stocked and bespoke fasteners alike reach our customers quickly and reliably, whatever the industry.

Investing in Capacity for the Future

As demand for precision turned parts, custom fasteners and engineered fixings continues to rise across construction, oil and gas, renewable energy and general engineering, our expansion into a fourth manufacturing site ensures we remain well positioned to meet growing customer requirements.

The addition of advanced sliding head lathes such as the Citizen M16 and Star SR-32J allows us to maintain tight tolerances and high repeatability across a wider diameter range, supporting both high-volume production runs and complex bespoke orders.

This investment forms part of our broader commitment to maintaining a robust, responsive supply chain for our customers. By growing our in-house CNC turning capability alongside our established distribution network, we are able to offer shorter lead times, greater flexibility, and consistent quality across our full range of stainless steel, alloy steel, and non-ferrous fasteners.

The growth of our asset register, now spanning 56 machines across three manufacturing sites and a dedicated distribution facility, reflects the scale of our ambition as a UK fastener manufacturer.
